I saw this guy sing with a band in a local chattanooga tennessee bar. He was hanging out and the band playing saw him in the crowd and asked him to sing a song with them. They did "let's get it on" by Marvin Gaye. It was awesome.

I’ve seen him live several times, and Allen is always fantastic. it’s probably my second favorite recorded/video performance, behind Give You Blue @ The Paramount. My favorite live performance was when he covered Superstition at the Crocodile, for the “adult prom”. I don’t understand why he isn’t a superstar, the guy is amazing.
