This 1.0 engine would be enough for daily drive too but i highly doubt that it is a reliable engine, might as well spend a little more to get the 1.5 one, you will likely save that amount on repair cost

I own the same car with identical colour, trim & engine and it is great! My all time consumption is 5.9l/100km. If only the rev hang would be smaller....

Good ride, i own the 1.0 hatchback.
Main issue? The interior is FULL on any kind of rattle. This ruins everything.
I solved almost all the rattles on my previous car, but a lot of time is needed. I plan to do on the civic also.
