I have the mm400 model. Mine was having same problems as yours though. If i mashed in on the screen then it would work. I got a screwdriver and tightened the screws up a little tighter and it seems to have fixed it. Idk if the screws had just loosened up over time. If someone else is having the same problem I recommend making sure your screws are tight before pulling it apart.
