Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher accused of racism

I've actually met Bob Fletcher before Live on Patrol even existed, he's the same guy now as and if anything is TOO considerate and PR conscious for these chaotic times. LOL, "racist", guess the County Board is out of cards/angles to play.
