new jobs for people will not "show up"... all jobs will be automated to max in far future (200 - 500 years or even much sooner).... every job that we imagine - we can also programme robots to do it is mind bending....

Soooo, about machines taking our place in job environment, what is unprecedented about recent technological changes? What kinds of job will go?

one possible solution is to put restrictions on how much a certain company can automate, let's say they want to up production, we should put laws in place so they can't just fire everyone and use robots, they should be able to up production but keep the jobs by using both robots and humans. like invest in exoskeleton that help workers lift more and not get tired. we shouldn't be focused on the robot, but instead the worker

Maltusian negativity will always be there, automation alongside AI will become the next internet in terms of wealth, its more likely we would see the first trillonaire, but even if technology change and workforce displacement are faster than past trends, tecnology help to do rapid adaptation and more effective and open learnings to the masses - MOOCs for example - . It's true than today all the new "cool" jobs are for a small proportion of the population but there has to be a change, we can't stay as we are because we are basically afraid of the future.

Not all of the jobs but at least 50% we need to reduce population.
Earth is running out of resources or just let it end soon anyway
Its inevitable with this human society.
