The real secret of Pine Gap is it's use of a technology discovered by accident when the first license plate monitoring system was tested in L.A. ; It uses 3 dishes aiming straight up and bounces a 3 phase sideband frequency off the ionosphere to read plates, but can also be tuned to look right through solid objects due to the nature of the wave which is a continued fractal, also known as heterodyening and related to zero point energy.
