Nothing I've so far read or watched regarding Security CoPilot has discussed what M365 licensing it will require. It feels like it's gonna require an E5, but any chance Security Copilot-- or some version of it-- is going to be available for Business Premium? Something like this would be very useful for small businesses who can't dream of having a NOC or a dedicated security analyst.

I know there's a lot of excitement around LLMs and AI these days; but for most companies this is useless. There's a gigantic buy-in for Copilot and it essentially replaces an extremely entry-level person. Instead of an analyst learning how to do something, like investigate an incident, you can have Copilot gather all the data for you to investigate. If you've already set up Defender properly, you can do this without the gigantic buy-in.

If you have a very simple environment, and only care about securing Azure, and have no security team. Copilot may be a value add for you. For large enterprises, it's just not there yet.
