Hi Chris. I work for Redgate. Thanks for your question, and sorry it's taken so long to get back to you! Unfortunately SQL Source Control doesn't work with Entity Framework. I hope you find something else to help you.

Hi Steve, great demonstration!

However, I have a question/clarification about shared database since your demonstration is for dedicated database. We have this sample scenario. Assuming we have three users namely: Steve, Amy and John. Amy has done and committed the changes in source control. How can Steve and John get the changes made by Amy?

According to the documentation: "Because the changes are made directly to the database itself, you don't need to use the Get latest tab. There are no changes to share or get, and the database always has the most recent changes."

1.) Does it mean that the changes will automatically be reflected on the other users? By that, I mean the other users don't have to do anything because the source control will execute the changes.
2.) How does the other users know that someone has made changes which has not been committed yet?
