I got diagnosed with terminal cancer the day before this event. The 1000th episode was meant to happen 2 years prior but we chose to go a family holiday with our kids and in laws as my father in law had cancer. Rearranged event was cancelled twice due to Covid and and went ahead two years after. I had the most special experience with my wife despite the diagnosis the day before. That’s fate. I was given 5 months to live from this event and I’m still holding hope that I might make one more event in the new venue at Rotterdam. I spent this whole night with my back to Armin and spent 6 hours looking into my wife’s eyes. The most incredible experience I’ve ever felt ❤

This is TRANCE! A 2004 Armin got out in this event and DESTROYED the dancefloor with the most EPIC 6 hrs set of the last at least 15 years. Half of Trance's top 100 tunes of all time in an unbelievable musical journey that Reminded us why its the most beautiful music genre! VIVE LA TRANCE!!!

I still can't get over how amazing this set was. My wife and I traveled from the US when she was 3 months pregnant. We could not miss ASOT 1000. Now our 11 month old baby loves this set. We stream it at home and relive it at least once per week. So many amazing tracks over from so many years.

Trance Energy 2023! This should become a yearly tradition. Friday night was going back in time for a lot of people that partied in the 2000's and some (including myself) could finally experience how it must have been 15+ years ago. I've been to Dreamstates, ASOT's but I never had so much fun as on this 6 Hour Classics Set.
