Was interested in trying this one following my sampling of Baruti’s Dama Koupa - to me, it went a little too much of that lipstick direction. MM’s style didn’t really jive with me when testing White Wale and Sleight of Fern - both wore slightly sheer, and perhaps waxy? Not sure if that’s a house signature style or if I’m just a lunatic 🤷‍♂️

For me, Iris Bleu Gris by Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier is the epitome of a perfect balance of that Iris/orris combo. Still give me Cristalle EDT vibes, but certainly more powdered, more rounded, and overall more comforting compared to the bitchy Cristalle.
