This brought tears to my eyes, a brave son and a worried but proud mother. God keep them safe.

The mother's tears come from a place deep in her heart. For 74 days she lived in fear of a phone call or a knock on the door. I'm sorry for her suffering but overjoyed that she was reunited with her hero son.

The NEX close to where I live didn't even have the usual Mother's Day merchandise and accoutrements; no flowers, signs, etc. I'm surprised they didn't put up a sign that said, "Happy Birthing Person's Day."
