Register your Drone in UAE ! Simple and Easy !

Want to fly a drone in Dubai but unsure of the rules & regulations?
Check this video to know How to Register your Drone in UAE. Simple and Easy !

You need to register in 2 Goverment Entities:

First Entity is the GCAA (General Civil Aviation Authority) which is where you need to get the permit if you are planning to fly your drone on the 6 other emirates of the UAE specifically the emirates of Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm al Quwain.

You will need to have the following things ready:
Copy of Your Passport/Emirates ID
General Photo of the Drone
Photo of the drone where it shows the serial number
Specifications of the drone, such as the Brand, Model, Color, and Weight

The second Entity is the DCAA ( Dubai Civil Aviation Authority) which is specifically in the emirate of Dubai. This is where you need a RPAS certification first from a Drone school which you needed to submit to their website along with the other requirements to get a permit.

You will need to have the following things ready –
Emirates ID Copy of the Pilot
Photos of the drone showing the serial number
Drone Details and Specifications
Copy of Training Certificate obtained from Sanad Academy

I got my Hobbyist Certificate at Sanad Academy.
Basic Bootcamp (For Beginners - Full Training with Certificate) - 945 AED
Only Certificate - 368 AED
You can also get Certificate for Commercial Purpose.

Download the ‘UAE Drone Hub’ app which will show you all the places you can fly the drone & 'UAV Forecast' which will Show you the Wind Speed.

Bro, my drone have recently got seized at AUH stating there is some customer clearance certificate that i have to get, do you have any inputs on this ? PS - i have both GCAA and DCAA registered, and this never happened from DXB airport.
