Winnow (PROIRON) adjustable weight bench review

This video is an honest review of a bench I bought for my own training and for my clients. This bench is sold on amazon and can be found sold under the name of PROIRON.

Hi mate, I bought this bench after seeing your review. I’ve put mine together and that give in the middle isn’t there? Maybe you could try tightening all the bolts before you send it back. It’s actually a solid bench in my opinion!

If you're heavy and lifting heavy weights, its pushing the back seat into the groove. If you're light weight and chucking light weights about quickly then it most likely will come loose. Its all about using the bench properly and using slow and controlled movements. You will have similar issues with a lot of other adjustable benches.
Plus if you do the bolts up tight enough, it will make it a lot stiffer for the parts to move and avoids the safety issue even if it jumps up slightly

Had this ages, fitted with a socket set, not the cheap spanners it comes with. Tight bolts = no movement. Controlled moves = no slipping?

Thank you for this I good honest review at last still looking for a good bench now. Which one did you end up with I am now looking at JX Fitness but it looks a bit fiddly to adjust.

Sorry buy can't understand your safety issues I use this bench for 2 years now and never had an issue.

Thanks for this. The safety issue was enough to put me off buying this bench. I had a professional gym bench give way on me once whist benching, it went from flat to decline - thankfully only with warm up weight on the bar. I suffered from whiplash for 3 weeks after that - so no way I want that again.

Bought this before watching your video I’m not impressed.... seller advertising this as max load 250kgs the warehouse manufacturer came back its 160kgs fake advertisement, I’m hitting the roof. I don’t trust the safety either, clients or myself... I’m chasing a refund or opening a dispute!, could you recommend me an alternative and thank you for posting this. Wish seen this before purchase. Nightmare
