Measurements
Envelopes:
#1 = 2 inches high by 4 inches wide
#2 = 3 by 4 inch
#3 = 4 by 4 inch
#4 = 5 by 4 inch

If you use an envelope punch board, you can use these measurements:
#1: paper size 5 by 5
Score at 1 3/4 inch

#2: paper size 5 3/4 by 5 3/4
Score at 2 1/2 inch

#3: paper size 6 1/2 by 6 1/2
Score at 3 1/4 inch

#4 paper size 7 1/4 by 7 1/4
Score at 4 inch

Binding style strip:
4 by 9 inch
Score every 1/2 inch and fold

I can feel you, regarding birthdays. My husband especially feels this way about his own. >.<' I hope you managed to have a fun day~ (Especially with the food! ^^ You can't go wrong with food! Cupcakes and sushi sounds amazing!)

I know I'm just a random person on the internet, but I'm so proud of you for all of the awareness you bring to anxiety, and for all of the progress you've made (despite your setbacks). I have GAD myself, and I find a lot of comfort in your talking about anxiety and how difficult it can be to just *do* things, you know? So thank you for all of the help that you didn't even know you were doing. <3

And what a gorgeous project! Bring on spring crafting, yay! I'm so embarrassed to say that I have never considered using only half of a velcro dot, haha. Brilliant! I am also guilty of owning a lovely white gel pen that I never use, oops. >.>' I need to amend that!

Definitely stealing the idea of decorating the envelopes by cutting the design in half like you did on the second envelope. Looks great!! Also the binding looks interesting, I will need to try out.
