VMP Supercharged Mustang GT Review. I get to drive an 800 WHP VMP Gen 3 supercharged 2017 Mustang GT. This thing is a monster! VMP performance has gone and made an EPIC Supercharger kit for the S550 Mustang GT. The only problem is, is that I now need one for my Mustang!

I also have a 2017 Mustang GT and bought the 2.65 L vmp TVS supercharger kit. Twin 67 mm throttle body ID 1050x, injectors dual fan triple pass intercooler, 120 mm pmas cai I also got the Corsa longtube headers double helix mid pipe and Corsa sport axle backs. With a 92mm pulley that they said was making 11lbs boost. I also got the oil pump gear and CS installed. JLT oil catch can. Getting ready to get the chicken and waffles package from Beefcake racing as well. Your car is as close to my car as I have saw on YouTube. What I love about this kit is your car still looks 100% stock. I get Kia stingers, corvettes, Chargers and evening mustangs trying to race me. My rear deck lid panel doesn’t have the GT on it, I replaced it with a punisher skull. So the only thing giving me away is the 5.0 on the fenders and even then they think I’m a stock GT! (Thus the Kia stingers trying me lol) I haven’t dynoed my car yet but my son has a procharged 2018 that was dynoed at 650rwhp and he has said that my car is faster! Have you surprised any non knowing Mustang haters yet?

Thanks for such a fantastic video! Loved your honesty and comments regarding mainly stock surroundings coupled with your GTs reliability. I am going VMP for sure now! Great video! I also have a 17 GT and I have pretty much decided to go VMP as well.
Just like you I am planning to go with the smaller TVS 2300 hoping to not hurt reliability too bad but this vid is definitely good news about the owners reliability.

He didn’t mention it but do you know if he swapped his oil pump gears?

Yeah performance pack sucks if you don’t wanna shift your life away. Bottom end is fun asf tho. But yeah I don’t believe you on that mpg though. I had a twin turbo v6 s550 making 500 whp that got like 13 mpg
