A regular like bob is a gold mine for every badman. Chill, good stories, brings in people or keeps people at the bar with his fun talent

Bob’s chill…..until the day he’s not. Comes back next week like nothing happened, and I act like nothing happened because I like money.

I knew a bartender that could remember your name after only hearing it once. His favorite trick was to introduce new people to every person at the bar. I remember one day someone said, "I bet you can't do it in reverse order" so the bartender did. I'm not a regular at that bar, but every time he see's me, he greets me by my first name and asks which of my handful of favorite drinks I'd like that night. Dude has even recommended some amazing drinks, just based off what he knows about me.

"JFK was shot."
"He's never missed."
Out of context, this sounds like Clint knows Bob shot JFK and works as an assassin for a living, haha!

One of our bartenders said the hardest part but most important one was to get your guests to talk to each other.

While I love that a lot of the skits are venting frustrations about the service industry, I love that you do ones like this too. It's just a sweet little interaction between folks.

The old locals that aren’t creeps are always the best to serve.

I grew up close to a guy that could do that with the weather. He remembers the weather for every single of day of his life.

As a Daniel who also works as a server, I approve of Daniel, seems like a stand up guy.

I used to go to a dive with the "Cheers" atmosphere. It was literally a basement under a flower shop converted into a tiny nightclub (max occupancy was 36 people or so, but always had twice that many. The Casbah was one of those places where you only knew about it if you knew someone who somehow knew about it. From the outside it didn't look like anything but stairs going down to a wooden door. A tiny sign above the door had the words "The Casbah" and that was it.
Why was that such a wonderful place? Everyone knew everyone and it didn't matter if you were a preppy or a punk rocker, if you were in The Casbah, you were all friends. New people brought in would be greeted by all, and if anyone became an a-hole? That was their last visit to the wooden door under the flower shop.
This video short reminded me of the first time I went to The Casbah... introduced to one of the coolest people on earth, they didn't know world history, but ask them anything about music and he could tell you who produced it, when, where and if it was rainy or sunny. Whatever.
Thank you, Drew, for having a skit that brought back so many fond memories from 40 years ago!

Yay, a Huddy fix! .... One of our bakery regulars can tell you the birthdays of all TV celebs of the 70's... And he seems extra familiar with that old Dennis Weaver movie where that Ghost Tanker is chasing him around the mountains, as it gets many mentions.

Our whole foods used to do beer Wednesdays and I used to sit with these amazing three older guys. Then Amazon bought them and that went away... I miss that vibe. I'm not much of a bar person but... Man... I'd kill to have that back.

I was waiting for the other shoe to drop on this one but it never did and it made me smile. I only ever worked door on busy nights at a bar, but we had a regular Bob or two that were always just great folks to be around.

Finally! A feature that includes me... That's me, I'm the bob, well I don't have special talents but I'm a regular at my favorite place that even the cousins and niece of the owners know me
