My first time visiting OSU was with my dad a grad from 1970. I live in PA and the words to I wanna go back to Ohio State I now understand because it’s all I think about. Such a beautiful campus.

I still plan to bury a facial tissue packet with a swipe from my inner cheek, a lock of my hair, some fingernail clippings, and a few drops of blood at the roots of a randomly selected non-dedicated buckeye tree on campus (no ashes). That way, a bit of me will be in every buckeye that comes from that tree...
MY version: "Buckeye born, Buckeye bred, I'll be a Buckeye even AFTER I'm dead..."


I should have done it my Freshman year, but you're 18, and don't usually think past the next quarter (yeah, we were on the quarter system then)
