Hi, what do you do press if youre setting it up on a 5 channel or 16 chanel remote? And you have multiple blinds in one room?

Hey Harry — Somfy owner in the US here — Somfy have not quite released this product in the US yet, but eager to pick up this device as my home is fully Homekit and the blinds are the last missing piece. All blinds are RTS — do you think ill have an issue ordering Tahoma Switch from the UK for it to work in the US? Cheers

Can i use the tahoma switch and still use my 4 channel remote at the same time? In case my phone is away !!!

Awefull product, Somfy instructions and apps are hopeless, whoever developed this lot isnt in the real world, tried to set this up with Alexa and have just ended up messing the whole remote up after spending hours on it, free Tahoma switch now in the trash to preserve my sanity, never had any piece of tech so difficult to use as this, how a company can sell such poorly developed garbage as this is beyond me.
