The craziest thing I do is "dumpster dive" into the recycling bin at work rescuing old marketing material, calendars, boxes, etc. I no longer work there, but my husband does so I still do it when I have the opportunity. Thanks for showing us all those yummy etsy goodies. It's a pity postage to NZ is so dear.

Gayle, I missed out on Easter celebrations with family because I'm so sick with a bad cold (teacher, catching every bug that's been on hold for two years :( ) so I really needed your delightful company. What a kind and generous person you are! I'm sure each of these Etsy store owners is so appreciative of the business you bring their way and what a glorious haul it was! Thanks so much always for your kindness. I still giggle over your box in the road. Been there done that. When my son was four, he warned grandma, "Watch out; Mommy stops for EVERYTHING that's stuff. Thanks for sharing today. Whenever we get together for a holiday or birthday, my family knows to ask if it is something I want before the boxes or paper goes in the trash. LOL I was moved into a new position at school with a new teacher. She was purging the paper area, yep you got it! I asked if I could have some of the papers she was throwing away, for my crafting. She told me to take what ever I wanted. SCORE!!! We look through everything with different eyes than others.
