The Primavera Sound Web3 Music Summit took place on the 7th and 8th June 2023 in Madrid. The event was organised by Primavera Pro with the support of the Ayuntamiento de Madrid, the Fundación SGAE and Polkadot, and programming by GUZZU.

Its main objective is to foster collaboration and innovation in the music industry, focusing for the first time at a national level on the budding relationship between Web3 and music. The event featured independent artists who have their own methods of monetisation, control over their data and royalties. It also promoted self-sustaining creative communities and record labels in which fans also can invest and collaborate in editorial decisions.
