For the Corvette museum, the fact that the cars have been restored is not a testament to how sturdy the cars were built, more a testament to how skilled the people who restored the cars are.
I restore cars for a living, as long as you have a VIN and money, it's possible to recreate a car, the more parts you have the cheaper it gets and the closer to an actual restoration than a recreation it gets.

Gotta love that absolutely perfect circle some of those sinkholes form. How does that actually happened? Would love to see an animation or something explaining in detail how they form.

What's crazy is that I drove past that Corvette Musieum well over 10+ times before that happened. It was right next to i65 and you couldn't miss it.

Big difference in the response between the folks responsible for the poop infested sinkhole in the USA and the week it took Japan to fix that massive hole in the street. Greed vs making things work for the community..
