Perhaps, assuming that the filter is applied before the creation of the blended table, the field tries to control if both the fields included in the coalesce - sometext_dv0 and sometext_dv1 - are in the generating tables.
It seems as the control doesn't care of the coalesce function and it just checks if the fields are there or not.

This is great but what about the CTR? If you want to bring in the CTR it will do it but the final grand total will be a SUM which is not the desired result. What is the workaround for that? Anyone?

I've had to go through a similar situation, and it's extremely frustrating not to understand the rationale behind making a choice that wouldn't duplicate lines in the aggregate metrics. I managed to resolve it using IDs, but I was so concerned that, with more data, the "error" might recur that I went straight to the database and performed the join there to have it ready. Unfortunately, with 'Ads' data, this isn't possible, and I completely understand your frustration. From an outsider's perspective, it really seems like the filtering occurs in the datasets beforehand, and the JOIN is only done afterward. I'm not a data engineer, but when working with SQL, it's not uncommon to apply the filters first to improve response time and conserve computational power, especially when using things like FULL OUTER. There's probably a principle of preserving usability, given that it's a 100% cloud solution, but like you, I can only speculate.

I need a solution to a problem I am facing I cant find it online.
I simply have a table and an Input box
How can I hide the table from the viewer until he input a value in the box?
if he did not enter a value and hit enter, the table should still be hidden or at least show 0 in all its dimensions.
please help
