Hey Booktube, after seeing all the hype on the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett I was intimidated! After accumulating a couple of the books through hauls over the years and realizing they were still unread on my bookshelf, it was time to try them! In this reading vlog, I read two of the most popular books to start the series and... was pleasantly surprised! Although you were right to mention that listening to them as audiobooks works even better! A little bit of chit chat while doing my skincare, a little bit of clean with me and overall it wasn't the worst week!

Terry Pratchett was very progressive, yes! Most importantly, he was a kind, insightful person who wrote the most bizarre characters with respect. Love him so much. Some of the books are mediocre for me, but the ones that shine REALLY shine.

I HIGHLY recommend the Tiffany Aching series - technically part of the Witches line, but leans more Middle Grade. Maybe my favorite books ever. I feel so lucky those were my childhood🫶🏻
