I have reached about 11 million shorts views and counting… fast, and should be eligable to apply for monetization but youtube studio’s count is stuck at 9.8 million views for the past 2 days 😩 so I can’t apply yet. I know it’s only been 2 days but it’s frustrating 😅

can you do a video when you go to earn and it says monetization is not allowed and I guess your town or city can you do a video on how to clear that because I’m in Dallas Texas so I know that it could be monetized but when I go to earn, it says monetization cannotbe and then it says that this is a mistake. Read this information but then when I go to read the information it doesn’t tell me how to correct or anything else can you please help me?
