Fortify and Tethon 3D, a manufacturer of ceramic powders and photo curable ceramic, metal and polymer resins for 3D printing, have teamed up for a webinar on our joint capabilities that are emerging into the market today.

Together we offer the largest build volume for ceramic DLP 3D printing along with new ceramic materials that exhibit the lowest shrink within industry. These low shrink rates mean that customers have a much wider design envelope for their components including thicker walls, easier processability, and greater reliability. LS-AS offers the lowest shrink 3D printable ceramic material on the market at 5%, compared to ~20-30% of competitors. HP-A 99.8% is the lowest shrink 3D printable high purity alumina on the market at 12% which is nearly half the shrinkage of leading competitors. Fortify is proud of our Boston roots and is the only US-based 3D printing OEM with the ability to print engineering-grade ceramic parts.

During the webinar we will walk you through Fortify’s FLUX 3D printers and our FLUX Developer software which has enabled our partnership with Tethon 3D to optimize their materials for our machines. Then we will go over the capabilities of the materials available today and what they mean to you.

During the webinar we will highlight how our partnership has enabled

- The largest build volume for ceramic DLP 3D printing
- The lowest shrink rate within the industry for LS-AS and HP-A 99.8%
- High throughput

Very informative presentation in the functional materials (i.e. HP-A & LS-AS) Tethon is working on in conjunction with the Fortify using the FLUX Printing Platform. Thank you for hosting it. BTW: 30 minutes is a perfect amount of time for a webinar such as this.
