What I do is soak the fish in buttermilk and then add it to a combination of the shorelunch cajun and cornmeal and it is so dang crispy. Almost like fried chicken. 👌🏼Optional, some hotsauce in the buttermilk.

Try using true turn hooks, your hook percentage should go up .

Nice slabs. Little milk in the egg wash adds just enough for the dry mix to stick better. Once I learned that I never stopped
