Looks like it'll be a Floyd Rose 1500 (kinda sits between the 1000 series and the OFR in terms of price/quality) because of the stainless steel locking screws/intonaton screws... either that or Jim has upgraded the trem with FU-Tone hardware. Maybe you can ask him to clarify Ray!

I bought my first charvel last year on a whim. Loved it. Started really getting into Floyd's too. Charvel has upped their game lately imo.

Feels like Jim has gone full circle now! This is kind of similar to jack in the day when he use to play Jackson's isn't it?! I could be remembering wrong but either way, a nice little change! Who doesn't want a Floyd these days Amiright?! Thanks for the Official info drop Brotha! :)

As a long time (To the mid 80's) Charvel/Jackson nerd, It looks like really a modern San Dimas with his specs for body wood, upper fret horn carve, And neck joint access carve.. And topped off with a satin finish. The Floyd on it looks possibly to be a 1000 series
but not positive from that view.
Looks killer regardless & I'm still waiting to try a set of his sig EMGs so I'm personally hella stoked on this.
Just as an aside, Pretty much all bolt on Charvels and Jacksons have the body side truss rod fitting. The only Charvels that I know of that had standard headstock side access were the neck thru models with the pointy Jackson headstocks.

Ahhh man.... That guitar looks so sick, I got the Charvel Desolation Soloist from 10 years ago and it's a rad guitar. I'm thinking of buying a new axe this year and was thinking about getting an SG. But a Jim Root Charvel? I'm stoked to try one out before I make a decision.
