It is impossible to strike a balance between free speech and preventing what the government decides is harmful content. That 's why the writers of the US constitution made freedom of the press and freedom of speech unequivocal.

I didn't understand the commentator question when he asked about speech good for society but uncomfortable to others.I do not use Facebook so maybe that's why it's not clear to me.
