How do you guys feel about investing more into Easy Properties? I like the idea, but I'm not sure if It suits my needs.

Easy properties is a great way to get introduced to real estate since you just invest what you can afford. What I've always wondered is why are they not paying monthly since rent is paid out by the tenants every month. I've since concluded that to see the true value of Easy properties you will have to invest in it like you are paying off a bond which costs millions. If you don't have that kind of patience stick to buying stocks and crypto.

I remember chatting to the guys and eventually pitching it to the original product owners in the development of easy properties, very interesting your experiences.

Essentially the original question was, based on understanding fractional shares how can we move that to the property rental so you are not putting all your eggs in one basket.

One of the ideas was take the majority of work out, have a property that is professionally managed and also guarantee that someone can cash out.

Thanks son great content. Liquidity is issue with the platform. If you invest must Meduim to long-term. I am still investing but small amount i try topup during auction if get cheaper shares.

Probably buying on auction is the best way to invest, rather than on the prospectus price.

Easy properties is a scam. The trade price is determined by the buyers?? You could buy your shares at 80c per share but if the buyers decided your shares are worth 50c then you have no choice but to hold or sell your shares at their price. Absolute garbage

Great and very informative video. Just wanted to ask for some assistance, I have invested in 3 properties. One in October of 2023, and another in November 2023, and the last one in February 2024. So far I haven't received any kind of dividends nor has the value of the purchase increased or decreased. Can you please explain the reason?

Thanks for the info! So how do you actually sell your share after 5-10 years, is it always going to be via auction, ie you might lose money.

Rental dividents seem unrealistic on easy properties so far tested with +-R700 and recieved an rental divident of R0, 90 after going through the financial info they provide i have worked out that the quarterly divident should be around R15. Greenpark Lifestyle Estate, Rental income - fees is R1 643 882 anually and number of shares 13 246 228, 1 643 882/13 246 228= 0.12c , 0.12c per share @ 491.08 shares = 58.92 per year / 12months = 4.91pm meaning the rental divident should be +- R14.73 and i got R0.90 am i missing something somewhere?

A scam is a scam. Its the same as the Mandela gold coins sold by scoin shops. You buy a gold coin for R20k... then they send you a valuation after 6 months of R35k, but there is no buyers for that price... not even at the origional price. And you sell it at gold billion price and get R12k....
