I have worked with many tube lasers throughout the years. BLM group is by far the best for operator and production. The training in Novi Michigan was the best I ever received. BUT...BLM needs to have an accessory option to be able to run full bar parts...Maybe some type of a 2nd and 3rd extractor gripper arm in the unloading side to help handle long bar parts.

It's nice when it runs correctly, but constant emergency stop errors from the multiple profibus lines. Also W2 contour monitoring error about 30 times per one part. It is very difficult to get a BLM technician to show up to work on them.
