I love all the little critters on your property. When I was working, we used to have a pair of ducks walk into my gas station every afternoon looking for snack. The female was bolder than the male, and would come right up to me for the pumpkin seeds I had under the counter, but I made sure they both got something. It was so cute they way she would quack at me, and the customers would love it, especially those from other countries (our place was right next to the San Francisco Airport).

Anyway, congratulations on the progress of the Barn, I am a bit envious of the amount of room you have to follow your passions!
