When I lived in Flagstaff, AZ, we experienced a strange but natural phenomenon twice at our house.
It was raining up the street, and I was standing on the driveway, watching the ran come toward me, but it stopped right at the edge of the driveway!
I mean the rain was falling on my yard, but not on the driveway. The driveway ran in a North/South direction if someone cares. It was also Monsoon time, I think it was July.
This happened a year later, only the rain was coming from the east, not eh west, stopping about 1/10th of the way across the driveway this time. There was also some teeny hail falling and bouncing all over as the rain just fell behind this invisible wall, lol.
The rolling shutter image reminded me of these rare moments.
Also I experienced Thunder Snow in Flagstaff; sadly 6 people hiking/camping in the San Fransisco Peaks died during the Thunder-Snow storm.
Edit: I saw the Sedona McD's many times! It is quite nice, the muted adobe and blue is lovely compared to the garish red and yellow of almost every other McD's.

The floating pizza is actually resting with corners on a glass partitions on front and back, notice its sitting in an angle.

"The Matrix" was a movie. Hollywood fiction. Nothing more. We do not live in a movie!

A good portion of the pictures can be identified with the equipment used to make them. We are in an obsessed society where each cell phone or camera needs to be the next great camera. With pictures now represented by pixels, auto-focus, and a correction through the optical lens digitally. For some pictures there is a process called photoshop. New cameras have a photo correction phase that can remove things from it and then saved for printing later.

I love the line about the Karen’s. Kieran’s going to play the slots at The casinos . The are playing sklots. Then they all ask for the manager to complain the slot machines are not working. 😆

When I was working in the first grade, we had a fire alarm. That's the normal part. The crazy part was when all the kids were quickly lined up and all the teachers moved to the door, we were all wearing black trousers and a light blue shirt. EVERYONE had the same baffled look on their faces. The kids thought it was funny.

Light pillars happen all winter long in my hometown of Fairbanks, Alaska. When I was a kid, I would tell the other neighborhood kids the lights were from alien ships. Looks like some of them bought it 😅
