Stir-fried dried shrimp with perilla leaves
Ingredients: 80g of dried shrimp. 5 perilla leaves. Cooking oil.
Cooked soybean paste: 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Sugar, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup. 2 tablespoons of mirin (Cheongju). A teaspoon of sesame oil. 1 teaspoon of stir-fried sesame seeds. (You can add red pepper paste)

1. Stir-fry dried shrimp in a pan and when it becomes crispy, pour it into a dry dishcloth to remove the thorn.
2. Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and fry shrimp with low heat.
3. If the shrimp is oily evenly, reduce the heat and stir-fry the portion with seasoning and shredded perilla leaves. Put sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl.

Stir-fried anchovies of garlic flower stalk
Ingredients: 100g of garlic flower stalk. 80g of fine anchovies. stir-fried sesame seeds

Cooking
1. Stir-fry anchovies once in an ungreased pan.
2. Wash the garlic flower stalk and cut it into 4cm long pieces, and chop the garlic by stirring.
3. Grease a heated pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, add garlic flower stalk and 1/2 teaspoon of salt for about a minute.
4. Boil the sauce in a thick pan, add stir-fried anchovies and garlic flower stalk, stir-fry slightly, and add stir-fried sesame seeds and sesame oil to finish.
