Task 4 is about making some minor adjustments to our valuation due to a fire that happened in one of HappyHour Co.'s facilities that have affected their finances for FY21.

Ultimately, the revenue projection was altered to $1,100mm decreasing the valuation by around $65mm. However, given the long-term scope of the acquisition, our recommendation remained the same and that HappyHour Co. would be a good acquisition despite the fire.

A key concept, in this case, is also the expected value from synergies as a result of the acquisition that could justify a slightly higher bidding price than some competitors.
