When I was young my dad would give me a cup of hot cocoa and he would take his coffee and we would sit on the porch during a thunderstorm. He wanted to make sure I never developed a fear of them. After I grew up, I did the same with my children. Now, we absolutely love thunderstorms!!!⚡☁

Who used to be scared of lightning when they were younger, but now.... LOVES STORMY NIGHTS!?
Lightning is really beautiful... I would stare outside for hours, waiting for a lightning strikes to happen... The colors... Like my home country says 'You find beauty that does not last eternity.'

Hey. I Have been listening to nature sounds since 2014. When i quit smoking, my sleep got all messed up. So i began listening to these type of videos on youtube, just by complete chance. Since then, i have plugged in almost every night. I never smoked since. My sleep has drastically improved since then, my overall mental health has being changed for the better. I love these videos.
