Kuya question po, since you are renting out so many condos, hindi ba kau natatakot that one of your tenants could cause a fire? And the damages to the building will be blamed on you the owner. Even though the tenant started the flame? May pinapapirmahan ba kau kay tenant na kung magkasunog siya may kasalanan? Plan ko din bumili condos and rent them out pero this probability prevents me. Kung masunog SM building baka lampas bilyon singilin sakin for a measly 15k a month rent lol

Let's say tapos na ako sa monthly payment and waiting nalang for turn over, assuming na I have not yet process the bank loan.
Can I cash out refinance my unit base on the asset value during turn over?
