Two Teams with unfortunate luck try to redeem themselves in this opening match.

Sandman and Tommy Dreamer have had poor luck together as a tag team, losing their initial Tag Team Tournament match to Sabu & Rob Van Dam and then losing to the newly formed team of Dr. Death Steve Williams and New jack in a devastating double pin. Phantom has had an unfortunate career thus far, being left in a Two VS One match against the amazing Dudley Brothers and then lost a match against Chris Jericho while being managed by Golddust.
