'Snuffleupagus' dog rescued, 30 lbs of matted fur removed in stunning transformation

Sprout, once called "Snuffleupagus," was found in a Chicago intersection, unable to walk. Rescued by "One Tail at a Time," she’s now running, snuggling, playing and loved as a special gentle giant.

Knowing those mats are not just excess fur, but filled with filth, bugs, rotted food, ... made this heartbreaking. Usually sheep are neglected in this way, but there are so many dogs nowadays on YouTube. What kind of humans are out there that ignore seeing this dog? Thank goodness these rescuers stepped in to save her. ❤
