One year ago when I started learning English my routine was as follows: I was listening BBC radio 4 in the morning (15 min), then at 11 am I wrote 6 sentenses in the past, in present and in the future, and after work I listened some podcast like English with Thiago or series such as The Office and of course write new words. After that I translated everything and try again watch pod or series. In the begining I had a lot of new words. I guess it's normal. It's learning. Every learners needs to dive into the language and DON"T GIVE UP 😊 But sometimes you need one or two days off. After that you need learn and learn.
