Thanks for a great video. Were you guys responsible for the mould making and why did you choose to go with non-lined cylinders? Are they treated or plated with Nikasil or the like?I suppose for a microlight engine you do not need the power flexibility a power valve system would have given or was that just one step too far? I see s.o.a. exhaust and transfer porting and multi petal multi face reeds so I guess you are after a lot of horse power. Do you have any idea what to expect- what about the expansion chambers?How many people work on these engine projects and how many years have you been at it to get such brilliant results? Questions questions questions!! :) awesome work...I'm in awe anyway!

Just a tip: you can use a 3D printer to make plugs, to make casting molds.

Nikasil coated afterwards. These cylinders are indeed cast to receive a blade type power valve.

wow if i had a foundry like this i'd throw away my 4 stroke cylinders and create them into 2 strokes on my bandit 1200 and ser her '' ratatatatatatatata'' down the road!!
