this is almost a very similar recipe to the russian or ukrainian borscht. please try either of those versions. ukrainian will be pink like that and russian will be on the deeper red end. i enjoy both. beets are an acquired taste and i'm glad your children enjoy your pink pasta!

I have met some really good cooks who prepare a whole Valentine’s Day meal with all natural red and cranberry color foods . The measles were very gourmet and charming to look at !

My mom used to do this with our pasta but she used food dye, she would put it in the water and it would dye the noodles. It was my favourite ❤
