I’ve been taking these for a month and I noticed that my nails grew out really fast after trimming them and the bangs I’ve had for months are finally growing out. The biotin definitely helps me but it’s hard to say if my metabolism/mood is any better after taking these. I will buy some more once I run out

I had SUPER bad dry finger tips. They were always so dry, scaly and cracking. For about a year, no lotions or ointments worked or helped, if anything it was worse. Now idk if these vitamins are what did it, but my fingers are back normal! I finally have finger prints again
