Recently, the planets Jupiter and Mars appeared very close to one another in the night sky.
These are the sequential images I captured over a 1-hour period. You can see the rapid movement of the planets amongst the background stars. Particularly, Mars! 🔴💨

This is because we travel much faster around the sun and the planets appear somewhat stationary
