Disable IPV6 on the Epic Pro Router.
IPV6 causes problems on certain towers and disabling it will prevent these issues. The issue I have seen occurring is not being able to access certain websites or sites load very slowly. One user was unable to access many Fox pages as well as Netflix. After disabled all pages loaded quickly and Netflix worked great.
