Hatching Hope in Mérida | A Giving Machines Story

The Giving Machines, sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, are vending machines with a twist—instead of buying something for themselves, people can donate a needed item to someone else through a local or international charity. In this case, the Church partnered with Mentors International to help families in Mérida, Mexico become more self-reliant by providing ducklings and the business mentoring to help them start a duck egg business.
