You continue to outdo yourself. Now this song is a lot of fun to interpret! Could the voice that's singing the song be a proponent of the church? Then again there are lines like "I move just a bit unholy" and "You're so wrong for me..." which brings to mind the idea of rejecting faith. I think for now I'm going to settle on it being a voice that's actively grappling with their faith, which seems to be escaping them like a "bat outta hell" so they try to hang onto it and make sure it'll "never leave."

And this video! It's like if the Lost Boys from Hook had a rave! Very high production value on this one, but I think no matter how high the budget is, it's your dancing that I'm going to be mesmerized by. Once again you combine gentle endearment (in the blue-tinted shots) with fierce allure (in the main shots). Not only do you seem to show both sides of how religion can be viewed, you show both sides of yourself. Love it!
