Nothing is better than such lecture so clear voice 100 percent audible and easy language . Experience of bar should be mandatory for a law teacher. Experience of bar is better than net or jrf. Thank you very much sir old is gold.

What is the legla remedy available with this new additional prosecuted accused or summoned accused to challenge the order passed under 319 crpc and on what grounds can it be filed

Excellent session . Thank you Sir. There is one doubt. Please clarify. O. K, now the new accused is summoned on the basis of chief exam of witnesses. Now Will the new accused seek for again chief exam to be repeated in front of him or straight away go for cross -examing the witnesses?
