i cried and agonized for TWO WEEKS trying to get this question answered, all because I wasn't sure how to go about it or how to word my problem correcly. typed in the yt search bar: "select git bash as primary terminal in vsc" boom this video popped up. I had no idea it was this simple of a fix. Thanks so much!!
