G’day guys, today we are going to give you a run down on our unique high strength fabric sleeves (also know as high pressure sleeves or Kevlar sleeves), we developed this product for particular vehicle applications that require additional pressure to level the vehicle when loaded, Benny how does it work?

Well, in most cases when adding the sleeves to a standard airbag like this one, it will double the pressure for more lifting capacity. For example, a standard airbag with a maximum pressure of 30psi, will be increased to 60psi when adding the sleeves.

Now not only do the sleeves double the pressure in the airbag, they also have another great benefit. Whilst the standard airbag is made of heavy duty durable polyurethane material, the fitment of our unique high strength fabric sleeves will provide additional protection for vehicles in offroad conditions.

We also recommend fitting the high pressure sleeve kit prior to fitment, as adding the sleeves later on once the airbags have moulded and taken shape of the coil spring will be near impossible, this will also save you labour costs down the track.
