Rules:
To qualify (Q) from heats to the semi-finals the character must place top 3 in their heat or be the next 2 fastest characters out of all the heats. To qualify (Q) from semi-finals to the final the character must place top 2 in their semi-final or be the next 2 fastest out of all the semi-finals. Winner of the final is the champion!
